Chris Robinson has almost 20 years of senior-level marketing and advertising experience as both a client and an agency client services professional. His agency experience includes client service positions at Leo Burnett, working on the Kellogg's and United Airlines businesses. He also was the client services director for the Chicago office of Carol H. Williams Advertising. He garnered his client-side experience first with Ameritech, where he developed advertising and direct marketing campaigns for its Small Business Unit. He gained additional experience at General Motors, where he held several positions, including Chevrolet advertising manager, marketing director at OnStar, and the diversity marketing and sales director for African-American and Youth consumers.
Since 2005, Chris has worked as a qualitative research consultant across an ever- increasing number of categories, including alcoholic beverages, packaged goods, financial services, automotive, retail, healthcare, and consumer electronics to name a few. He has conducted hundreds of focus groups and interviews among a wide array of consumers, including African Americans, children, teens, seniors, acculturated Hispanics, small business owners, thought leaders, and corporate executives. Chris earned his B.S. from GMI Engineering & Management Institute (now Kettering University) and an M.B.A. from the Graduate School of Business at the University of Chicago.
