Donna joins Greenfield Consulting Group with an agency background in strategic planning and more than 15 years of qualitative research and consulting experience. She started her career at Ogilvy & Mather in the 1980s, when the strategic planning role was being newly embraced in the U.S. While there, she helped develop winning marketing strategies for a diverse set of clients, including General Foods, Hardees, and various airline accounts. In 1991, Donna left Ogilvy & Mather to embark on a career as a qualitative research consultant. Over the years she has developed a deep and loyal client base of marketing and research professionals at Fortune 500 companies. Donna has conducted research across a broad array of categories, including pharmaceuticals, financial services, alcoholic beverages, animal health, toys and games, health and beauty, packaged goods, clothing, and health literacy. With her agency background, Donna offers a particular strength in brand/advertising positioning and development. She earned a B.A. in psychology and Spanish at the University of Michigan and an M.B.A. at the Thunderbird Graduate School of Global Management) in Phoenix, Arizona.
