Robert Hernandez
Managing Director

Rob's extremely diverse marketing and research background spans all disciplines, from the ad agency world, to the client side, and to Greenfield Consulting Group, the leading qualitative research company in North America. He has harnessed the power of research to help build brands at agencies such as Leo Burnett, Lowe & Partners, and Young & Rubicam, as well as at Sears, Roebuck & Co., where he supported the flagship Kenmore and Craftsman brands. Rob's client list spans nearly every category and industry. Some of his most notable clients include Capital One, Verizon, Gillette, Ericsson, and Microsoft. Over the years, Rob has conducted a wide variety of research projects, including creative ideation sessions, brand development work, and Web usability studies; and he has talked to every imaginable audience, from rambunctious 8-year-old boys to highly technical application developers and powerhouse CEOs. He received his B.A. degree in political science from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.A. in communications from the University of Texas at Austin.
